| Muliple Listing Service Another very important place to have your property advertised is in the local MLS system (Multi-List Service). If your real estate company is not a memeber of the local MLS system, then chances are, most real estate agents won't even know that your property is even for sale! The MLS, it's like having all of the local real estate companies available to sell your home! When another real estate agent has a propective buyer looking for homes like yours, they simply access the local MLS system and give the buyer your homes information. If the prospective buyer wants to tour your home, the agent calls the listing agent to set up an appointment, and your home is shown that much more! |
